The thermometer measures the infrared energy emitted from the front but also that emitted by objects. This energy is collected by the lens and converted into an indication of temperature. The temperature readings obtained by scanning over the eyebrow area provide maximum accuracy.
- Turn on the unit by pressing the button on / off
- Orient the thermometer into the center of the forehead, with a maximum distance of 5 cm.
- Press the Start button by moving the thermometer to the temple area.
- One beep indicates the end of the measurement.
- Automatic shutdown of the device.
