Use:
2 to 3 cups per day. To consume your Mediflor HIBISCUS infusion: pour boiling water over the sachet and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes before drinking. The infusion should be prepared immediately before use. You can improve the taste of the sweetener in some herbal teas with honey, or the parfurmant with other plants to incorporate into low dose (Anise, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Mint, Orange, Rosemary, Thyme, Verbena).
