Shipments and returns
Packaging and Shipment
Packs are prepared and sent in a maximum of 5 days after reception of your payment or in case of unavailability, as soon as we received the totality of the products that you ordered.
The standard method of shipment is Colissimo. We shall supply you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow on-line the delivery of your pack.
Packs are oversized and protected. Parapharma Stock SàRL cannot be held responsible of the losses or the damages caused by post.
Shipping Fees
The freight costs include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your order. We advise you to group together your purchases in a unique order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to release postal charges for each of them. Your pack is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the packs containing fragile products.
Only for Metropolitan France and with "Colissimo Access", the shipping fees are free when your order is over 89 Euros. If you choose delivery with signature ("Colissimo Expert"), a supplement of 2 Euros will be required.

Customs Fees
When a parcel is shipped outside European Union, customs charges can be asked to you by the customs of your country.
Return
The customer has 7 days as from delivery date to return the product to his original packing for replacement or refund. The return will be accepted only if the product was not opened and not used. Products sold under blister pack or provided with a label of guarantee must have returned as is.
